Hello dear,
Hope you're doing well!

It's been a while since I last used my Sierra Chart account, and I just wanted to check something.
My Sierra Chart username is Argin_Gharibian.

If I remember correctly, I had set up a Stage5 account in the past to get the data discount.
Could you please check and let me know if my Sierra Chart account is still eligible for the discounted data?

In order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.

Therefore, it does not matter if your account is still tagged as a "Non-Professional" with regards to the original agreements you filled out. You will still need to connect to your live account to update your "Verified Until" date, which need to be in the future. You can view this date at the following link:
