In order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Therefore, it does not matter if your account is still tagged as a "Non-Professional" with regards to the original agreements you filled out. You will still need to connect to your live account to update your "Verified Until" date, which need to be in the future.
