Earn2Trade Rithmic Credentials Connecting but balance not showing up

Hello, I followed the instructions on connecting the Earn2Trade Rithmic Account to Sierra Charts. I think Sierra Chart connects to my rithmic account via Rithmic Direct - DTC(Rithmic Paper Trading-Chicago Non-Aggregated) because no error is shown. When I go to account balances, nothing is shown there, so I'm having an issue. I contacted Earn2Trade support and was told that it need to be enabled by Sierra Charts, so I had to contact you. Please let me know what to do. Thanks |

There is nothing that needs to be done on Sierra Chart to get the Account Balance. We do not know what Earn2Trade was trying to state. The Account Balance information comes from the connected service, therefore from Rithmic. Not all services update the information on a regular basis, therefore it is not uncommon for this to not show, or to show a value that is not current.
