There is nothing that needs to be done on Sierra Chart to get the Account Balance. We do not know what Earn2Trade was trying to state.

The Account Balance information comes from the connected service, therefore from Rithmic. Not all services update the information on a regular basis, therefore it is not uncommon for this to not show, or to show a value that is not current. Refer to the highlighted section here:
