data not updating error message

hi, since today morning 2-7-25, I don't know why my micro es not update the data, I do get an error message on a orange box saying {Symbol is unknow. Click for symbol information. Real-time data subscription for instrument F.US.EP {corresponding to ID=6 is not enable, and on top of this issue there's another box in red saying {Download failed. error downloading historical intraday data. I tried my best, to fix but the only thing i could do today was loose a lot of opportunity, especially on GBP, that i was monitoring for good couples day. please may advice how to fix this issue.
