hello screenshot attahced, this is for MNQu5 - Nasdaq Micro the NQ mini is fine i do see the 19th thats noted in the datat limiting will not change. I never changed anything nor can that number be changed. The mini NQ works just fine but the date is always up to date and not stuck on the 19th. 2 screenshots to compare them what is wrong here? I cannot change the date on the micro. the mini works fine |

The fact that the "Date Range in File To" is not updating means that you are not getting any new data for that symbol. Please get us your Message Log by following these instructions so we can take a look and see if there is anything specific mentioned as to why: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
