so can i active Full CME group for non professionals and be able to chart NQ and DIA

Right now you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. As such, you have access to all the products traded on the CME exchange (not the full CME Group, just the CME exchange of the CME Group). NQ is part of the CME Exchange, so you have access to this. There is symbol DIA that is part of the CME Group. Are you referring to the "SPDR Dow Jones Industrial Average ETF Trust"? If so, then that data is available through our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange, since this is traded on the NYSE Arca. If you just need data for ES and NQ (and other items on the CME exchange) then you do not need the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts".
