I have received full credentials with AMP for SC. I have paid for SC10 and CME access through Denali. I put in sympol F.US.EPU25 and it says this Symbol is not supported for my services. What am I missing to get data for this emini contract. thanks, Ryan

The symbol you entered (F.US.EPU25) is a CQG symbol. But our servers show that you are connecting to the Teton Order Routing service. As such, you need to use the symbol ESU25_FUT_CME. To change the symbols to what is needed for your currently selected service, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Also be sure to open new charts using the "File >> Find Symbol" window to ensure you get the correct symbols.
