The symbol you entered (F.US.EPU25) is a CQG symbol. But our servers show that you are connecting to the Teton Order Routing service. As such, you need to use the symbol ESU25_FUT_CME. To change the symbols to what is needed for your currently selected service, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Also be sure to open new charts using the "File >> Find Symbol" window to ensure you get the correct symbols.
