I am getting a 10 minute delay on my data all of a sudden. I always renew the Denali data feed on the 1st of the month and it says that it's active. Can you tell me how to fix it?

You have not had any real-time data for the CME Group from us since May 1, 2025. You did make a payment on May 1, 2025, but this was after the time of the renewal, therefore you had insufficient funds in your account at that time and the exchanges were deactivated.

You can re-activate the exchanges you want for the CME Group at the following link:
