sierra chart not responding

Hello, so as the images show, after opening my chartbook sierra just freezes. when I click on a bottom chart tab it takes a while to switch. it doesn't give this issue with the ExampleChartbook. Also when running sierra, I'm not running any other program, web browser, etc.
