Can't run 2 instances of Sierra Charts

Hello I'm running sierra on my desktop and when I try to run it on my labtop at the same time it disconnects my desktop and then connects the labtop i thought you could have 2 instances of Sierra?

You can use Sierra Chart on 2 different systems at the same time, but the OEC service that you are using, is clearly limiting you to one connection. So you will need to contact OEC about this.
