My feed and charts are not working. I have an account with amp futures. how long do i wait until they get restores? i already logged in into sierra and my AMP futures account. Waiting for your advice and instructions.

Your "Verified Until" data is showing as "2025-06-11", which is today, which means that as of today, you are no longer able to receive the real-time data for the CME Group from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can view this date at the following link:

You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to update the "Verified Until" date to 30 days in the future. We know you specified that you did connect, and we do not know why, but that date did not update. Please try again and take a look at the date at the link we specified (be sure to refresh the page if it is already up after you make the connection).
