I am using the Horizontal Lines study to fill in a rectangular area between 2 numbers- 6018 and 6024. If I wanted to adjust the rectangle by by a given number, lets say 1.001, ao 6018/1.001=6011.99, 6024/1.001=6017.98. So in this case draw a rectangle area between 6011.99 and 6017.98.

It sounds like you are asking if there is a way to do this multiplication simply - to which the answer is not really.

In the end, the best way to do this would be to use the Spreadsheet Study and have a column that is just the multiplier value you want along with columns for the lines which would be some entered value multiplied by the multiplier. Then you can change the one value to adjust the lines. Refer to the following:
