Is there a way I can have a 15 min candles chart contain 1 min candles as well? Please see attached example...to the right is the higher time frame and to the left is the lower time frame

There is not a way to have the two time frames displayed as you reference on a single chart. But you can have two charts that are next to each other to accomplish this.
