Hello, I’m currently running 3 Apex accounts using the “Order Allocation” feature. Since the beginning of June, I’ve been encountering an issue where every time I place an order, I get disconnected from my data feed. Additionally, when I try to cancel an order, it appears to get stuck — although this seems to be just a visual glitch, as the order disappears after restarting the platform. As shown in the attached screenshot, a specific error message appears when the issue occurs. Read the error message and look at your chart. You have Trade and Current Quote Symbol set to CQG style symbol, so it is not going to play nice with Rithmic. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-06-03 15:09:51

Ok I do that, but the Setting was the same before. I want to use Denali for the Historical Data and Rhitmic just for Order Routing

I did it an it is working fine at the ES but at the CL it hasn`t fixed anything

What exactly is occurring with CL? We are a bit confused by the previous information. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

I did it an it is working fine at the ES but at the CL it hasn`t fixed anything. The Trade and Current Quote Symbol is set wrong for Rithmic. Trade symbol: CLN5.NYMEX Trade and Current Quote Symbol: F.US.MCLEN25 <--- CQG Symbol Change it to the correct symbol Trade symbol: CLN5.NYMEX Trade and Current Quote Symbol: MCLN5.NYMEX <--- Change to correct Rithmic symbol
