Hello,

I’m currently running 3 Apex accounts using the “Order Allocation” feature. Since the beginning of June, I’ve been encountering an issue where every time I place an order, I get disconnected from my data feed.

Additionally, when I try to cancel an order, it appears to get stuck — although this seems to be just a visual glitch, as the order disappears after restarting the platform.

As shown in the attached screenshot, a specific error message appears when the issue occurs. It seems that placing an order is triggering the data feed disconnection.
