I have been attempting to connect to the real-time trading facility for 2 days and have been unsuccessful. I have been in contact with Ironbeam Support and they state that the connections to the Teton system is correct but I still can't place trades. Ironbeam insists that I contact you regarding this problem. I believe that the issue may be getting my account information into the system but I can't locate that subject information anywhere in the documentation. The Chart Trading and the DOM only provide me with two account choices; Sim1 and Sim2 but no live trading account. Please assist me in enabling me to trade through the Sierra Chart platform. Paul |

If you are setup with Ironbeam to use Teton for your order routing, then you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link starting at step #6: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions Once this is completed then you will be connected to your account. You need to disable the option for "Trade Simulation Mode On" to then trade your live account.
