Currently my account control panel shows Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2025-06-04. I had selected to evaluate Package 12 but my current usage time expired after selecting to evaluate and I had to use the emergency account activation feature to continue using Sierra Chart for the evaluation period. My current service package shows as follows: Current Service Package: 11 (Evaluating Package 12 until 2025-06-28, 26 days) Any assistance or clarification would be appreciated, thank you. |

The Evaluation of Package 12 is different from the Trial. As an "evaluation" you need to have an active package in order to be able to use the Evaluation. Therefore, you need to add funds to continue to have package 11 active, which is $46.00.
