Currently my account control panel shows Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2025-06-04. I had selected to evaluate Package 12 but my current usage time expired after selecting to evaluate and I had to use the emergency account activation feature to continue using Sierra Chart for the evaluation period. My current service package shows as follows: Current Service Package: 11 (Evaluating Package 12 until 2025-06-28, 26 days) Any assistance or clarification would be appreciated, thank you. |
