when I go to insert Sierra data into the list I don't get: "SC DATA ALL SERVICE (data)" but only "SC DATA (data)" even though I have the CME package active

"SC Data - All Services" has been replaced with "SC Data". So if you are not connecting to a specific trading/data service, then you would select "SC Data".

I'm trying to connect Sierra with my APEX account. If you tell me this then I don't understand why I get the error message when I log in with my APEX account.
I get the message "access denied"

To connect to APEX, you would be connecting to Rithmic. follow these instructions to connect to Rithmic:

We have never seen an "Access Denied" error from Rithmic, but there is a common issue with "Permission Denied". If you are getting a "Permission Denied" error, then refer to the following:

If you are getting a message that states anything other than "Permission Denied" then please get us an image of what you are seeing.

yes the error I get is the usual one .... I followed what is indicated on the pages for the resolution of the error but it continues to deny me access. I have both an active account with Stage5, I have already signed the non-professional contract and I already have the non-professional package of the DATA feed CME etc. from Sierra active

Since you are setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, have you removed the entries on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for the "Market Data Username/Password" and the "Historical Data Username/Password" and then tried to connect to Rithmic?

If the above does not resolve the issue and you have done everything else on the link given in post #4, then there is nothing else we know to do. This issue is from Rithmic, as they own the interface to Sierra Chart. They need to resolve this.
