Hi. I have AMP + Teton and i have been told that the data feed is free with AMP? I manually bought it. Can i have a refund of the days left? Best Regards Reshad Baig |

Whomever told you the data is free with AMP is incorrect. You need to get that data from us, as there is no other place to get the real-time data for the CME Group when you are using Teton. Therefore, what you have now is correct. Keep in mind that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so on June 1, 2025, your account will be debited the $13.00 for the exchange fee and given access to the data for the month of June. Also, we see that you have not yet connected to your AMP account yet. We can tell as your "Verified Until" date is showing as "0000-00-00". This date must be in the future in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges When you connect to your live trading account, the "Verified Until" date will update to 30 days in the future. These fees go to the exchanges themselves, and they do not give refunds.
