We see what the problem is. Remove the ds13.sierracharts.com server from this setting:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

That server is no longer available.

We also want you to restart Sierra Chart if you are still having a problem.
