At the beginning of the month, I got an error that "max historical downloads" was exceeded. I searched the forum and purchased another 50k downloads and they are now all used. Before purchasing, I realized that one of my charts was set to almost 5000 days to load instead of 500. I fixed that and when I ran into the issue again when I exceeded 50K downloads, I found the same error on another chart. I'm not sure if that was the issue or coincidental but can't figure out why else all these downloads are happening. I also can't figure out how to purchase more to get to 5/31. Can you please help? Thank you. |

It is not dependent on the number of days to be downloaded. That is not an issue. It is the number of requests.
