The price on the VPS is not updating

The price updates work correctly on my PC, but when I switch to my VPS, no price updates occur. We apologize for the delay. We see what the problem is. Remove the ds13.sierracharts.com server from this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) That server is no longer available. You could use the New Zealand server instead which is listed in the documentation linked above. We also want you to restart Sierra Chart if you are still having a problem.
