John, we had issues with our KK levels and Ross went into SC and did something to fix them. All fine BUT it required me to go to latest version of SC. Now it is soooooooooo slow. There is a lag of 3- 5 secs, which is deadly for trading. The lag just killed me. All -ervice is fine. No lag. I can move, scroll, and add lines...super quick. But on Teton, it's terrible. I tried a new chartbook, but it was the same. It is Teton, not a chartbook issue. Any ideas or suggestions? I have restarted a million times. I can go back to my old sc version or my KK levels wont work. Help please Karen |

There is no reason why you would see a difference in the data depending on the service you are connecting to, as long as you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, that data is then coming from the same source.
