Settings got reset when I start the software

When I start the app just now I realised all my settings were reset. My Chart settings, Tools settings, Control Bar Commands were reset. That is the correct documentation for what you needed to do. We do not know why your settings would be reset. One possibility is if someone shared a chartbook and their settings file with you. But you should have had a notification on this and decided if you wanted to use that settings file or not. My settings got reset again and these were the error messages I received when I start the app. Please refer to the attached screenshot. |

The messages you are getting are very odd. Check to see if you are out of drive space. We wonder if the file is getting corrupted due to this. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
