I have been trading using Sierra Chart for a couple months. My monthly payment processed and shortly after I lost my data connection. It can't seem to get connected. Is this something you guys are familiar with?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.
