I cant seem to connect, followed the steps from website but Im getting error message and will not connect. I have CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts. I am with AMP.

Check the "Clearing Firm" that you have set in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" and make sure it is set properly for the Broker/Clearing Firm you are using. If the above is correct, then you need to check with your broker to see if they have finished setting up your Teton account. Also make sure they have your Sierra Chart Account Name correct, as that is used to connect between your Sierra Chart software and your Teton account. Thanks John all sorted I in that side of things I think, only problem now is my tick chart isn't updating but my price line is fluctuating?
