Check the "Clearing Firm" that you have set in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" and make sure it is set properly for the Broker/Clearing Firm you are using. If the above is correct, then you need to check with your broker to see if they have finished setting up your Teton account. Also make sure they have your Sierra Chart Account Name correct, as that is used to connect between your Sierra Chart software and your Teton account.
