i always work as usual with this symbol, and just from no where studies which get data from level 2 get no data (just level2 not working)

If you have your DOM setup to show the Market Depth, are you seeing the values there? Or are you only seeing one level?

Is this an issue with historical data, or with the current data?

when i open the DOm window in live trade/ it is look that is working fine/
im using
market depth historical graph study
and
BID&ask depth bars study

and in both studdies i get 0 data (when it in live trade)

the problem is in live trade (current data)

Please get us an image of your chart with the DOM active and showing the Market Depth levels along with the other studies that are not showing. Follow these instructions to get us an image:

There was a problem, with historical market depth data for NASDAQ TotalView symbols.

This has now been resolved, but you need to delete the historical market depth data files for the affected symbols from May 15 through May 22:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Market Depth Data File

There is no historical market depth data available on Sierra Chart servers for NASDAQ TotalView Symbols for this date range. It had to be deleted.
