Hi, I'm experiencing delayed data on SPY. I went through IBKR and confirmed that I'm subscribed to all the necessary live data for SPY. Their support helped me add the following subscriptions: US Equity and Options Add-On Streaming Bundle (NP) – Trader Workstation US Securities Snapshot and Futures Value Bundle (NP, L1) – Trader Workstation On Sierra Chart, I'm using the symbol SPY-NQTV, but it still appears to be on a 15-minute delay. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? |

The symbol "SPY-NQTV" is a Sierra Chart specific symbol, so that means you are requesting the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange. Since you are not setup for this with us, you are getting the delayed streaming data from us. You need to use the fully qualified symbol for Interactive Brokers. That worked! One last question, I'm trying to download historical data from IBKR, but it only gives me live data once I log in. I don't have access to any historical data otherwise. Is this typical? Should I just subscribe to Nasdaq TotalView through Sierra Chart instead? Thanks John! |
