Nasdaq TotalView issue

Hi,

I saw on the support board that there were issues with the Nasdaq Totalview data yesterday May 15th that have by now been resolved. I followed the delete and download instructions mentioned in the support board's post but my chart data shows no change in the stock price data, it shows all flat (see attached pics).

Please advise on how to proceed - many thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Hi,

OK, here is an example with the underlying data. The pic shows price action for Amazon, and as of 14:00 EST yesterday, the price shows no movement whatsoever. Please advise, thank you.

Those chart images do not meet the specifications which are very clear here:

In our previous post we gave the wrong link but we corrected it within a minute. It was to attaching a file rather than providing a chart image link.

We also need to know the time zone the chart is set to.

Open a new chart for the symbol and post an image of it following the instructions here:
