Those chart images do not meet the specifications which are very clear here: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) In our previous post we gave the wrong link but we corrected it within a minute. It was to attaching a file rather than providing a chart image link. We also need to know the time zone the chart is set to.
