Hi, I've noticed that every Monday morning a portion of the previous Friday's historical data is missing. I don't trade on Fridays, and so far, the only way I've found to fix this is to delete all historical data and re-download it to retrieve Friday's data correctly. Is there an alternative workaround I can use to resolve this issue? Thank you in advance. |

This does not make sense. Existing data cannot become missing unless it is getting filtered out from the chart for some reason. Provide an image of the chart, on Friday and again on Monday showing the missing data. Thinking about this we think we know what the problem is. in the attached screenshot you can see the issue I'm experiencing every Monday morning. Friday Data are always truncated and the only fix is to delete and redownload all the historical data.

As we are understanding this, what is occurring is that you are not connecting at all on Friday, so you are not getting the data in real-time at that time. Then when you start on Monday again, the data is not automatically downloading for Friday. Please confirm that what we state above is correct. We would need to see your Message Log from a Monday when you first connect and see if there is anything in it regarding downloading the missing data. Please get us the log next Monday after you connect and the charts are loaded and the data from Friday is not there. hi, as every Monday Morning I have the same issue. I've used SC until Friday 11:30 (NY time). Logs have been sent for analysis.

If you have not already downloaded the missing data, can you please get us an image of a chart showing the missing data? Also, please let us know what your Global Time Zone is set to and what the Chart Time Zone is set to.
