As we are understanding this, what is occurring is that you are not connecting at all on Friday, so you are not getting the data in real-time at that time. Then when you start on Monday again, the data is not automatically downloading for Friday. Please confirm that what we state above is correct. We would need to see your Message Log from a Monday when you first connect and see if there is anything in it regarding downloading the missing data. Please get us the log next Monday after you connect and the charts are loaded and the data from Friday is not there.
