HI there, why do I need to have $10 , in my account before i can subscribe to package 11. and what is the $10 for, is it a monthly or weekly subscription, Because package 11 is $46. please let me know. because i want to subscribe ASAP? thanks

You really need to have $46.00 in your account before you can change to Package 11. The $10.00 is just a minimum amount stating that you need funds in your account before you can make the change you are trying to do. P.S. This is not the place to post something like this. Just start a new post by selecting the button at the top of the Support Board for Go To Self Help Portal and Start New Support Request.
