We have updated the documentation related to this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/InteractiveBrokers.php#AutomaticallyLogin We have no further comment on this other than to say this cannot possibly be true: My concern is that SC randomly tries to logon with the wrong LIVE user account name instead of the SIM account user name; can you please look into correcting this behaviour to ensure the certainty of the account logged into. The particular Username and Password which is being used, is what you have specified in Sierra Chart. What you are saying is a total impossibility.
