No, the file SierraChartFileDownloader.exe is not running on my computer. The file also is not in the Sierra Charts folder or any sub-folder. When I try to download this file the download stops at 4.0 MB. I have attached a screen shot of the failure message. The failure message is near the bottom of the screen.
