Our recommendation is to use another trading service other than Interactive Brokers or live with the problem until we offer our own CME data feed which will be integrated with trading services like Interactive Brokers so you can still trade there and use our own data feed. The upcoming Sierra Chart CME data feed will not have this kind of problem at all.
Oh good. I thought I missed something. Firstly, thank you for a quick reply at odd hours. A follow up question: when is the earliest we can get CME data feed - I subscribe to the full Package 5? I guess the CME data feed would include the NYMEX Gold Futures and NYBOT Bond Futures? |
