Hello Support, even though i am subscribed to your data feed and have enabled support for it, i get this messege when i try to open up an ES chart (ES-201609-GLOBEX) in a sc instance connected to IB as a broker.. is there anything i have missed? do i really need to be subscribed on the IB site (which obviously doesnt make sense)? thanks for your help, Andreas |
