It does not matter where you view the charts and it does not matter what your Time Zone setting in Sierra Chart is and it does not matter what charting package you are using. Historical Daily data is data which originates from the external data or trading service you are using. It is that simple. Sierra Chart does not control the session times for Historical Daily data. Neither can you. If you do want to control the session times, you need to use an Intraday chart.
