Install Sierra Chart again from this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/download.php#download When the installation is complete you should now have the shortcuts on the Desktop and Start Menu. There are options to install shortcuts on the Installer window interface. You needed to manually enable those, but now they are enabled by default.
