We know our prior response is not the best answer but we do not have any direct control over the data received from the Rithmic system.

Problems with Account Balance data is generally something that we would not help with for various reasons. Primarily because the we have no control over that data and it is not regarded as critical data for Sierra Chart.

Our main concern is whether the current Trade Positions in your trading account are being displayed. There really should be no trouble with that. They will be displayed on the Positions tab:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Positions Window

If that is not correct, then there is a problem. However, there are no known problems like this with Rithmic at this time that we are aware of.
