Dear Support I have sent a message but it does not show on view my posts/threads so I am re-submitting. 1) Corrupt Toolbar 8 following update from V1234 to V1446. Tool Bar 8 is something I helped fund and following the update the buttons have all changed size and its structure has been completely lost. 2) Account credit error. Although my renewal is no until the 31 JUly I have a red account warning message saying "You do not currently have a service package active." Please confirm whether I can quickly obtain a non-destructive prior release. Many thanks in advance Paul H |
