While this new Barchart Open Feed is a much improvement compared to the prior data feed, it is still a new data feed which could potentially encounter problems on either side until unexpected issues are worked out. We do not know the details of why this happened yet, but there is one design aspect of it which is concerning which can lead to this kind of problem and we need to find a way to better manage it.
