Go to this folder from your desktop: C:\SierraChart\ Run the program named SierraChart.exe to start Sierra Chart. To set up the shortcut, select Global Settings >> Create Desktop Shortcut. We have no idea why the icon would be disappearing. Does not make sense to us. It is not something that Sierra Chart has any control over.
