hi there. i am in topsteptrader program, using ritmic datafeed and sudenly it stoped working for me.. when i contact topsteptrader supprot they reply i should contact you, that it is on your side..

this is their reply to my problems about putting orders..


This week some of the order numbers in Rithmic Paper Trading got to a very high range. This has caused issues for for the Sierra Chart platform, which uses an older version of the R|API. This is the reason you've experienced trouble with your account. Rithmic has brought this to Sierra Chart's attention and have explained to them that they need to upgrade, however they are unlikely to do so this weekend.
In order to eliminate problems for third party applications, Rithmic will cancel all GTC orders this weekend which have an order number higher than 100,000,000.

Please check directly with Sierra Chart for more information on when they plan to upgrade.
