Hi Sir, Really appreciate your excellent supports and patience to the issue I have faced. Sierra Chart is one of the best platforms I have used. I prefer to stay in Sierra Chart for my trading, although the issue have not been resolved. Please extend my account by another month, so that I can have enough time to get the connectivity problem resolved. In addition to trying a different Internet service provider, as you have suggested, do you think the CQG data feed is another possible source that cause the slow speed for downloading intra-day chart data?
