We do see a connectivity problem in the case of port 80 as well.

The only thing we can recommend is that you should try a different Internet service provider.

If you still cannot get the connectivity problem resolved and want a refund for Sierra Chart we can do that. Or we can extend your account by another month to give you plenty of time to see if you get the connectivity problem resolved.

This is simply an issue that we have no control over.
